I have a Rondini piano accordion that belonged to my Mother. It has 120 bass keys, 2 voices (organ, clarinet) and 24 (white) piano keys. It says "Made in Italy 4481" on the back. It came in a teed case. I believe that it was made in the 1950's.

Problem is, I'm a "dumb" guitar player, I don't use it (though it's fun to mess around with occasionally), and I've had a few inquiries about it. I sort of think it might be better off actually being used by somebody who can appreciate it, but truly don't have an idea of what to ask for in return. It seems to be in great shape!

Does anybody have a general idea of what it might be worth? I don't want to insult a buyer, and I don't want to embarrass myself.

Thank you in advance?

6/2015 I am no expert at all but I have a Rondini accordion also. It's in good shape and has two voices too. My mother traded a nice watch for it. In the flea market where she got it, it was priced at $100.00. That was about 25 years ago.

It is a child's 120 bass, small for most adults. Ask $200 and take $100.
A lot of adults play them who don't know any better.
